ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR S.Y. 2020-2021
WHILE UNDER COVID-19 ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE

  1. Enrollment is open from May 13 to July 31, 2020.
  2. Fill up Enrollment Form.
    • ONLINE: Kindly visit https://enroll.vsmart.ph/school/HRCSRL and follow the procedures. Make sure digital copies of required documents are available. Documents can be digitally scanned or photographed.
    • WALK-IN: HRC office is open every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Make sure you have original and photocopies of required documents.
  3. For new applicants, entrance examination is waived. Admission will be based on submitted Form 138 (report card).
  4. Government scholarships (Tanggapang Masa and ESC) and senior high school vouchers will still continue and will be honored.
  5. List of fees is available online (embedded in the enrollment system) and in the office (for walk-in applicants).
    • NOTE: tuition fee will not increase.
  6. Payments can be made online thru bank transfer (instruction is embedded in the enrollment system) or cash thru the office.
    • NOTE: those who opted for online enrollment can still pay in cash and those who enrolled physically can still pay thru bank.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completely filled-up application form with two (2) copies of 1x1 picture attached.
  • Three (3) photocopies of PSA-certified birth certificate.
  • Original Report Card (Form 138).
  • Three (3) photocopies of Report Card (Form 138).
  • Letter of Recommendation from the Guidance Counsellor of the last school the applicant attended.
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Guidance Counsellor of the last school the applicant attended.
