Nutrition Celebration through Cooking and Drawing Contests

Last July 18 and 19, Rosarians celebrated Nutrition Month through the annual cookfest and drawing contests. This year's theme, "First 1000 days ni baby, pahalagahan para sa malusog na kinabukasan", was used in the drawing contests but not in the cookfest because it was hard to come up with dishes that can fit the theme.

The library is the heart of every school, a depository of knowledge that can be accessed by students and faculty alike. Venerable printed collections of information capable of withstanding the test of time given care. They require neither batteries nor chargers and are cheaper, recyclable and donatable should the previous owner not require them anymore. The culminating activity for this year's Buwan ng Wika celebration, which was supposed to be presented on the last Friday of August (but typhoon Maring and monsoon rains had a different agenda), pushed through last night, September 6, 2013. This singing contest for high school students, aptly called "Ang Tinig ng Rosarian", was graced by the school's administrator, Tr. Mylene Pecson.

In line with this year's theme: "Isulong ang Breastfeeding - Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo!", our highschool students had a cookfest last July 18. All their dishes should contain this year's secret ingredient: Malunggay. Malunggay is known to increase the production of breastmilk which is far more superior even to the most expensive infant formula.

The first batch of successful Computer Hardware Servicing (CHS) NC Level 2 examinees took their assessment examination last March 2 and 7, 2011 in the newly constructed CHS Laboratory.
